-Delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the commission and the position on the waiting list.
-Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social medias with credit to the artist (@kai_r0yal or profile link)
-The artwork may NOT be used for commercial purposes. I retain all rights to my artwork
-You can cancell your commission request if you're still in the waitlist, i can't cancel it if i already started working

• Payment Info

-The payment method is only by PayPal
-Prices in USD
-Payment is to be made in full before the drawing process
-Share PayPal mail on <commission form>
-Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.
-Full refund can be requested via email before I start working on the commission.Strictly no refund once I've started working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork.

> Sketch phase
> Flat colour phase
> Finalising
for your approval of style, color, etc.
-When i deliver it, once the order is finished, I will send it to you by mail in JPG or PNG format if it does not have a background.

• Copyright and Usage

I am allowed to use:
✓ Promoting.
✓ Display.
✓ Posting. (please state if you'd prefer I not)The buyer is allowed to:
✓ Use it.
✓ Print it.
✓ Promote it.Copyright infringement:
⨯ Reproduce it.
⨯ Using as commercial use without paying the fees.
⨯ Claiming it as your own.
⨯ Removing my watermark.
⨯ Editing without my consent.

• Revisions

-Major changes are only allowed during the sketch phase, only minor revisions will be allowed from the line art phase onwards.
-General amount of revisions 3By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
